Tariff

The tariff displayed is per night, for the whole house.

Conditions of Rental

3 nights minimum stay
Because the tariffs are kept as low as possible there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights, or payment to that equivalent.
3 nights stay = €360 + compulsory cleaning fee.

Compulsory Cleaning fee
This is €80 per stay and is additional to the tariff.
This applies to every booking and covers our local management and cleaning requirements.

Can we entice you to stay for longer?
Any duration 3 days and over is welcome. We are negotiable on stays 10 days and over with a 25% reduction per night, after 10 days.
First 10 days at €120 per night, thereafter €90 per night.

€360 + €80 cleaning fee = €440

There is no extra cost for additional people

Deposit

Once we receive your enquiry we will confirm the booking with you via email. At that stage we will require 50% deposit to secure the booking.We will send you details of our bank account when we confirm the booking.
Failure to pay the deposit with in 7 days will result in the booking being cancelled.
For a 3 (or 4 ) night booking the 50% deposit is €167.50 (includes 50% cleaning fee).

Balance Owing
21 days before your stay - the remaining 50% of the booking amount is required in full. We will email you to remind you.

Cancellation Policy

If you have reason to cancel, we will always try to re-book the room, in which case there will be no cancellation fee.

If rebooking does not occur then the following applies:

• Cancellation 14-21days prior to occupation: a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation within 14 days of occupation: a 100% cancellation fee applies.
